I have over 5+ years of general PoliceRP experience dating back to old textRPs based on the SCP foundation, where we did quite strict almost military-style RP, though I still believe the area of the Mobile Task Force is similar to a very specialist policing role, similar to armed forces. From there, I was also involved in police cadets and frequently volunteered at the local police station, learning to do drills,Β  handling firearms and how to go about community patrols.

In terms of Minecraft PoliceRP I have about 4 years of experience, I have been apart of over 5 different IC police forces and am very closely involved with most policing work spanning many servers, taking on a leading role with titles like: Lieutenant, Captain, Commissioner & Sergeant, and also creating various training documents and procedure guides for different recruits for various RP police forces. The various activities, protocols and sectors of the IC police departments is something very near and dear to my heart, and I believe my experience alongside long-standing character development schemes with various cop characters would make me a willing participant to become involved in the SPD and hopefully become a figure of leadership for many others; to create documents and help others learn and grow upon release.

I have previously taught both informational and physical IC training that has lead to success in most cadet's cases, alongside providing outside support for other officers OOCly with my general knowledge, I hope to attest to this if I am accepted.

I have quite a lot of experience with combatRP, how to counter attacks, how to efficiently take down individuals and many other specific situations such as hostages, group attacks, raids and self-defence. This knowledge includes both P2L RP and rolling for the more traditional way ofΒ  performing combatRP. While I have not done so in a gang setting in a while, I am more than happy to undergo training to re-learn these techniques along the way.

During the closed beta, I was not able to get into the original opening of the SPD despite working quite closely with them, this opportunity was missed before my break and has since reignited my interest in policeRP; thus making me very interested in re-applying. I enjoy every aspect of police work, planning, execution of plans, raids and chases. But the best part about the RP side of things is the character development, interactions and other major events that can happen IC alongside the main roles is INSANELY important to having a good police department, as the dynamics between characters is just as quintessential as having a good system set up.
Being apart of a different and new system is apart of the reason I wish to apply, I enjoy seeing how various different servers deal with different situations, how different laws change our protocols and how the different dangers of each city bring new risks to different scenarios that could in other settings not be as dangerous. This interest runs deep and truly being apart of it is the best way to get involved with something I love while observing and contributing to a new system that I can learn and grow with.

Nam-Kyun has been studying for over 7 years to specialise in detective work and had just moved to this district in Seoul.
- He tapped a pencil against his chin, thinking about this question for a moment. -

" That is an incredibly important question, after many years of training and previously being an apprentice crime scene investigator, I believed it would be my next best chance to move into the police force as a general career path and see where it leads me. As this is my life's passion, I would naturally choose only the most prestigious station to submit myself to, and after recently moving to this district; this station was my first choice. I'd be honoured to join your ranks. "

Nam-Kyun has been studying self-defence alongside his policing course for over 5 years, he is familiar with pressure points and using means to detain individuals without the assistance of shock or weaponry.

" I have been working with self-defence classes alongside my academy work for quite a few years now, alongside physical fitness I have dedicated myself to learning the anatomical points of the person, each individual has their weak points and by using pressure points at various parts of the body you will be able to make a person fold with little to no effort, it is quite interesting, really. I like to believe that I am skilled in what I do and that my self defence capabilities are outstanding for what I need to do. I am skilled in both armed and unarmed combat, and if you wish to test this; I am of course happy to spar with your strongest officer. " He'd chuckle.

In terms of teamwork, Nam-Kyun is a lone worker that quite enjoys his own solitude, though he is quite capable with communication via radio, he is more of a leader. He is able to take and give orders quickly and echo them efficiently with clarity to his co workers to ensure that his team moves with the upmost urgency for most if not all situations. He enjoys joking and poking fun with his co-workers to lighten the mood in even the toughest of situations and is often seen as a comic-like man.

" I believe that I am well-versed in socialising, being able to communicate and am an efficient one at that. I led a squadron of trainees during my time in the academy and it brought me many leadership skills I wouldn't have otherwise learned, and I am extremely happy and proud to say that I consider myself a good and well-versed team player. Despite my enjoyment of taking the lead, I am able to also assist and take orders from others. "

Nam-Kyun is known for his independent thinking and detective work. Though this does not mean he doesn't involve himself with his co-workers. Any updates or new leads he gets from his private investigations he always shares with everyone else to ensure that each individual has time to input their answers with the rest of the team. Despite his lone nature, it doesn't exclude him from being a very mouldable man that can fit into any situation he's thrown into.

" I may work on my own, but I do not keep to myself. I adapt to each situation as it comes and I believe that's my best quality. I am who you need me to be, and I will do what you need of me with absolutely no issues. I am up to the test for this, at any moment. "

Nam-Kyun is a taller male standing at 5'9". With a toned build on the skinnier side, he presents himself with blond curly hair that falls down to his shoulders, in a style similar to a long mullet, his hair is slightly damaged from being dyed repeatedly, though it still expresses volume and a gentle fluffiness. He is an enthusiastic and passionate man that loves nothing more than endless work, he is protective of his peers and attempts to lift up those withinΒ  his workspace.Β  He is a decisive and quick thinker, with a lot of wit, he is able to work quickly and under pressure.

" My biggest strength is my ability to make quick decisions, I am known from my academy for being able to complete tasks in the fastest and most appropriate manners, landing me at the top of my squadron. I do not mean to boast, but I believe my skills are quite unmatched by many people. I tend to be taller although less athletic and I believe my blond hair also makes me stand out, though I have not found myself a wife yet, so perhaps it is not as great as I may think it is. " He laughed. "Besides that, I have already built up work experience within the academy by volunteering my time as a crime scene investigator, where I was able to piece together crime scenes quite well through the use of bioscience. "

Ok Nam-Kyun was born inΒ 1996, and grew up in Gyeongsan, South Korea. He was one of 8 siblings, he himself being the only son with 7 sisters. Ok Nam-Kyun was a very busy child, from a young age he was made to support his family members in taking care of his younger and older sisters while both his parents worked full time. At school, his only friends were his sisters; despite them being in different grades than him, they provided him with the company he needed to succeed through school, alongside the pressure from his parents to do well and make the family name an impressive one to hear. They were not rich by any means, middle class with a dwindling income from the cost of having such a large family, his eldest sisters at 15 and 16 got into work early at convenience stores, working in the back sorting shelves and managing stock, whereas Ok Nam-Kyun kept studying, his sisters were not granted further education, whereas Nam-Kyun was. He was brought to a prestigious school and insisted on his sisters coming with him, though his parents didn't allow it. After so many years of being alongside his siblings and mother and father, in high school and further education he became stressed and unmotivated, completely isolated from all of his peers and generally the rest of society.

His love for criminal justice work was indulged by a crime scene investigation workshop at his high school, during one of the many career pop-ups, despite it not being the most interesting or intricate inspirations, being told he had a very strong skill for problem solving and moving quickly uplifted him in a time where he felt completely hopeless. This was probably from helping his sisters come up with excuses for missing chores to his parents...

He signed up for the youth cadets in his local area and finished off his education while working alongside the police force, before serving his mandatory army services until he was 23. When he returned from duty, Nam-Kyun returned to a prestigious police academy with his experience from being deployed, and managed to secure himself a degree in professional policing, and spent until he was 27 divulging himself into the specific detective side of police work, which he took a major liking to. He worked in his local police force full time for the next 3 years, before deciding that his home area was getting far too repetitive, and Β decided to make the move to Seoul.

If armed with a tazer, dispatch it from your utility belt and aim the prongs towards the most available muscle from the angle you are at, announce that you are discharging it before pulling the trigger, as to prevent comrades from entering the line of fire. This should maim the suspect enough to disarm them and perform an arrest, the assault should be added to the charges.
If armed with a glock, discharge it and turn off the safety, aiming it for the legs to cause minimal damage to the suspect, once fallen, disarm the suspect and detain them, before taking them to hospital to get the bullet removed. They should always get medical attention before being sent to a holding cell, as to prevent wounds from getting infected. Minor wounds can be treated in the SPD infirmary.
If unarmed, send out a distress signal before protecting your key areas from attack, wrists or throat. Use pressed pressure points on the suspect to attempt to maim them, and attempt to stall until backup arrives.

Take into account the urgency of the situation, if unable to attend, gather more officers and support them via CCTV, if possible to attend, bring at least 2 other officers to respond to the scene to prevent possibility of fatality via ambush. The response forward depends entirely on the scenario ahead and the protocols for the situation that is happening.
